【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifies:a)overallindicatorstoexpresstheenergyperformanceofwholebuildings,includingheating,ventilation,airconditioning,domestichotwaterandlightingsystems.Thisincludesdifferentpossibleindicators;b)waystoexpressenergyrequirementsforthedesignofnewbuildingsorrenovationofexistingbuildings;c)procedurestodefinereferencevalues;d)waystodesignaprocedureforbuildingenergycertification.Thestandardcanbeappliedtoagroupofbuildings,iftheyareonthesamelot,iftheyareservicedbythesametechnicalbuildingsystemsandifnomorethanoneofthemhasaconditionedareaofmorethan1000m2.ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesdifferentoptionsatdifferentlevels.WhenthisEuropeanStandardisusedtosetupnationalorregionalmethodsforexpressingenergyperformanceand/orforenergycertificationofbuildings,thechoicesbetweentheoptionsisnotmadebytheindividualuser,butbyauthorizednationalorregionalbodies.
