【摘要】:ThispracticecoversamethodologyforestablishinganacceptabletolerancezoneforthedifferencebetweentheresultobtainedfromasingleimplementationofatestmethodonaCSanditsARV,basedonuser-specifiedTypeIerror,theuser-establishedtestmethodprecision,thestandarderroroftheARV,andapresumedhypothesisthatthelaboratoryisperformingthetestmethodwithoutbias.Note1Throughoutthispractice,thetermuserreferstotheuserofthispractice;andthetermlaboratory(see)referstotheorganizationorentitythatisperformingthetestmethod.Forthetolerancezoneestablishedin,amethodologyispresentedtoestimatetheprobabilitythatthesingletestresultwillfalloutsidethezone,intheeventthatthereisabias(positiveornegative)ofauser-specifiedmagnitudethatisdeemedtobeofpracticalconcern(thatis,thepresumedhypothesisisnottrue).ThispracticeisintendedforASTMCommitteeD02testmethodsthatproduceresultsonacontinuousnumericalscale.Thispracticeassumesthatthenormal(Gaussian)modelisadequateforthedescriptionandpredictionofmeasurementsystembehaviorwhenitisinastateofstatisticalcontrol.Note2WhilethispracticedoesnotcoverscenariosinwhichmultipleresultsareobtainedonthesameCSundersiteprecisionorrepeatabilityconditions,thestatisticalconceptspresentedareapplicable.UserswishingtoapplytheseconceptsforthescenariosdescribedareadvisedtoconsultastatisticianandtoreferencetheCSmethodologydescribedinPracticeD6299.SoftwareprogramSiteBias,Version1.0.1(ADJD6617)performsthenecessarycalculationsprescribedbythispractice.
