【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performance,primarypackagingandlabellingofnon-hand-heldsparklersandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedasnon-hand-heldsparklersincategories1and2inEN14035-2andwhicharecontainedinaprimarypack.Itisnotapplicabletonon-hand-heldsparklerscontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:—arsenicorarseniccompounds;—mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;—mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;—mixturesofchlorateswithredphosphorus;—mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(ll);—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;—leadorleadcompounds;—mercurycompounds;—whitephosphorus;—picratesorpicricacid;—potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;—sulfurwithanacidity,expressedinmassfractionofsulphuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;—zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40μm.NOTEInEN14035-2,non-hand-heldsparklersareclassifiedasfollows:—briefdescription:rigidwirepartiallycoatedwithslow-burningpyrotechniccomposition,withorwithoutanignitiontip;—principaleffects:emissionofsparks,withorwithoutauraleffect,withoutreport.Schemesfortypetestingofnon-hand-heldsparklersandbatchtestingofnon-hand-heldsparklersarespecifiedinannexAandannexBrespectively.
